Growing up in La Jolla, Rico Alexander has been a San Diego resident since 1970. He graduated from Palomar College in 1977.

Rico is an experienced Surfer, who has traveled extensively to surf areas including: Hawaii, Mexico, Indonesia and Australia, with his surfboard builder brother, Jeff Alexander. He spends most of his free time enjoying the Encinitas / Carlsbad beaches with his wife Meiko and their 7 year old daughter Maya.

As Sales Manager of Pacifica Properties, Rico brings over 19 years of real estate experience throughout the San Diego. He is the recipient of numerous sales awards; Rico has consistently been a top producer in sales & listings for one of San Diego are leading real estate firms.
